FULL DESCRIPTIONRenowned for rye – America’s oldest whiskey variety – since the earliest days of their history, Mitchers take the production of Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Rye extremely seriously.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Deep bronze
Nose: Very aromatic and fresh. Almost minty, with a lovely savoury edge, then measured spiciness comes through.
Taste: Incredibly smooth mouthfeel for a rye, this is clean and balanced, then the caraway and fennel seed kicks in.
Finish: Appealingly dry spiciness – impressive stuff.
Overall: For a rye whiskey, this one’s quite smooth. Nicely in balance.

Shop delivery: We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible, please be advised that some items may take up to 5 working days.

Voucher delivery: As soon as we receive a voucher order they’re sent out via first class post. Depending on how busy Royal Mail is, you’ll usually receive your physical vouchers in 2-3 working days. If you’ve made your order on the weekend we will aim to send it out the following Monday. Bank holidays may affect this.
