TT is now proudly part of Masterclass Events, where we continue to specialise in our Cocktail Making Classes, Spirit Tastings, and Private Events. We’re thrilled to now offer weekly public cocktail making classes, which can be booked directly through our calendar page or purchased as a voucher. More dates are being added regularly.
In addition, all our experiences are available for private group bookings. If you’re planning a special occasion or event, we’d love to help—just get in touch with us to discuss your requirements.

Our cocktail classes are 100% interactive, every guest makes and drinks a selection of five cocktails using their own equipment and area behind one of our custom-built cocktail bars. Private bookings any time, any size. Gift vouchers available. Ticketed or private.

El Diablo
The El Diablo is the other, other tequila classic, often overshadowed by its more well-known cousins, the Margarita and the Paloma, the El Diablo is a mid-century classic created by tiki legend Trader Vic in 1946. A balanced, refreshing mixture of earthy tequila, tart lime, spicy ginger and sweet, fruity blackcurrant liqueur.

Saša’s Rum Punch
This Rum Punch is a house creation courtesy of our very own Sasa Ruvidic. This fruit-forward tiki drink pays homage to the Painkiller – a caribbean classic made with rum, orange, pineapple and coconut. Sasa’s punch adds floral hibiscus syrup and overproof rum to finish.

Georgia Peach Julep
Our version uses Hennessy VS cognac and peach syrup to help mellow out and lengthen this normally quite punchy cocktail, mixed with a handful of mint and a heap of crushed ice, the Georgia Peach Julep is ideal as a refreshing, balanced summer sipper.

I WANTED TO DO A COCKTAIL CLASS. ARE THESE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
Yes, we’re delighted to announce that Masterclass Events will once again be hosting our popular in-person cocktail-making classes, available for both private bookings and public sessions. Contact us today to secure your booking!

HOW ARE BOOKINGS CONFIRMED?
Generally, after a longer conversation with your event organiser about your event, you will need to put down a 30% deposit to confirm your booking and provide a home or company address to detail. This will all be sent over via email, along with the terms and conditions outlined. The final balance will be due a week before your class or event, generally once numbers are confirmed.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY EVENT, CAN I HAVE MY DEPOSIT REFUNDED?
Once we have sent you the deposit invoice your event has been confirmed, therefore if you wish to cancel your event you must do this by email so we have written proof (at least 14 days prior to your event) to be eligible for a refund. If you have booked your event with less than 7 days lead time, a cancellation must be received within 24 hours of your invoice being sent to avoid liability of payment.
