We have have all the necessary ingredients for an ideal hen party!
Our custom-built cocktail making class can host groups of any size, whilst maintaining 100% interaction and involvement within the cocktail workshop. Each hen will have their own workspace on a cocktail bar station, meaning everyone can create at the same time.
We have a number of permanent and partnership venues as well as our mobile cocktail bar hire service, so there are plenty of environments to choose from!

Make Four Cocktails
Every guest will make (and drink) four cocktails behind their own fully stocked and equipped cocktail making bar, with no more than four guests to each cocktail bar station.

Cocktail Making Competition
Indulge in some healthy competition as each cocktail bar competes against the rest to make their own original cocktail creation using a range of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruit, juices and specialised equipment available to them.

We take pride in how interactive our classes are. By limiting each bar to a maximum of five guests, we ensure everyone gets plenty of hands-on time with the equipment.

Cocktail Making Competition
A little friendly rivalry never goes amiss. That’s why we wrap up each of our classes with a cocktail competition, where guests put their new skills to the test by crafting their own original creation. Judged by your expert tutor, you’ll have access to top-quality tools and ingredients to help bring your ideas to life.
It’s a brilliant way to show off your personality and flair — especially popular with hen parties. Extra kudos for the most creative cocktail names!
Equipment & Interactivity
Every guest has access to a fully stocked bar station, complete with all the essential tools of the trade — from stainless steel shakers and strainers to muddlers, bar spoons, Mexican elbows, and more. By providing multiple sets of key equipment, we make sure everyone gets as much hands-on cocktail-making time as possible.
Variety & Quality of Ingredients
Each class features five seasonal cocktails — four that you’ll make together and a final competition drink to close things out. The menu is carefully designed to teach a range of cocktail-making techniques while also highlighting the stories behind premium ingredients and showcasing independent brands.

Non-Alcoholic & Vegan Options
We put just as much thought into our non-alcoholic cocktails as we do our alcoholic ones, using top-quality ingredients to ensure everyone enjoys a great experience — whether they’re drinking or not. Vegan-friendly options are always available, and we’re happy to cater for allergies or dietary needs with ease.

LARGER GROUPS
Any time, anywhere, for groups of any size, we pride ourselves on offering 100% interactivity through our private cocktail classes. Perfect for larger groups of six or more, our largest private class to date is 220 people, with all guests continuously and simultaneously learning the art of cocktail making and everyone being fully included throughout the class.
SMALLER GROUPS
Our public classes run in Shoreditch on Fridays from 7–9pm and Saturdays from 4pm, and in Covent Garden on Fridays from 7–9pm and Saturdays from 1pm. These sessions are perfect for individuals or smaller groups looking to join a fun, social environment. You'll be part of a larger group of like-minded guests, with no more than four people per bar and an average class size of around 20.
VIRTUAL CLASSES
Inspired by the lockdown era, our virtual classes provide an environment in which to be sociable despite the distances between us. Learn to make cocktails from the comfort of your own home. Professional equipment and high-quality ingredients delivered directly to your door, anywhere in the world. Classes are conducted using the Zoom platform as standard, with other options available!

FAQ's
Our cocktail masterclass lasts 2 hours and includes, welcome drink, making and drinking 4 cocktails each and a team competition at the end.
We know it can be very tricky organising a number of people in a group – some you may know really well, others you may not know at all. Just let your event organiser know ahead of time how many people are firmly coming, how many are non-drinkers, any dietary requirements, and any access requirements. You will generally be in a private space, so if you wanted to dress the room or have your own music playing, this can generally be accommodated for if you were to give us enough notice.
Yes, as you will generally be in a private space you will be able to bring any props or decorations you please, although please be advised that we ask you to take all such things with you upon leaving the class.
We require a minimum of 6 people for a private hen party class.
We switch up our masterclass menu every few months so people can come back and enjoy the experience again with new drinks. Currently we teach a vodka-based, bourbon, gin and rum-based cocktails.
Yes, we can be flexible with the cocktails if there is something you don’t like, please contact your event organiser prior to your class.

EVENT ORGANISERS
For our classes, we have a dedicated and personal team of event organisers based at our Shoreditch home. The same event organiser will stay with you from planning and booking your event, on the day and post-event. You’re more than welcome to come down visit our unique, purpose-built class set-up to have a look around, meet your dedicated event organiser, and stick around for a well-deserved cocktail afterwards.

They each go through rigorous training to learn how to deliver the best cocktail making classes on the market. Private Event Bookings FAQ's
Yes. If you take us on privately and have a location in mind, we are also specialists in bringing the complete set up with us. All the bars, with all the equipment, all the liquor, fresh products and ice. You simply let us know where you would like it to be and we set it all up in less than an hour and a half. We then offer the same experience you find at Mixology Events at any location you can think of.
We are based in London but can travel anywhere you need us. We have hosted cocktail masterclasses in Scotland all the way to Cornwall.
All your really need is an empty space for us to come and set up in, we can come to offices, houses, gardens, tents, rooftops… as long as we have the space and the access we can set up anywhere, you don’t need anything on your side at all.
PRIVATE CLASSES – Any Size, Any Time, Any Location, Any Day
We have been specialising in delivering top-quality cocktail making classes for over a decade, and in that time we have continuously improved and fine-tuned our experience so we can proudly call ourselves the best on the market.
Many bars offer their own versions of cocktail masterclasses, but they are often not fit for purpose. It is cramped, not fully set up to allow all your guests to continually practice their cocktail making skills for the whole duration of the class, and you are often learning in front of a public audience in busier bars. Not Ideal.
We host the majority of our masterclasses at our Shoreditch and Covent Garden locations, where the cocktail making class lounge is fully set up when you arrive – freeing you up to make cocktails continuously for 2 hours without waiting for anyone to set anything up for you.
If you have a location in mind we also specialists in bring the complete set up with us. All the bars, with all the equipment, all the liquor, fresh products and ice. You simply let us know where you would like it to be and we set it all up in less than an hour and a half. We then offer the same experience you find at our Covent Garden location at anywhere else you can think of.
Each bar also comes fully stocked, so that everyone on that bar (max 5 guests per bar) can make cocktails throughout their masterclass, with no interruption and no standing around watching. There are 3, 6, 8 and 16 bars set up in the 4 respective cocktail making lounges across our three-floor venue at TT in Shoreditch and we have a totally of 42 of these bars so we can perform a masterclass for up to 210 guests, all still receiving the same experience and all still making cocktails together!
We also provide you with you own professional bartender, who will be your dedicated host for the session. After putting together a reception cocktail for you and your guests, they will then guide you through 4 different cocktails, letting all your guests in on the various tricks of the trade to make your drinks taste better than ever. The perfect skills for your guests to take away with them to show off to their friends at their next garden party or barbecue.
To end the session with a bang, each bar will be set loose to create their own cocktail, testing out their new skills and competing head-to-head with the other bar teams. Your expert host will then have a taste of each creation and crown the winner. There is nothing quite like a bit of healthy competition and 5 cocktails each to bring a group together!
Our expert bartenders are at the very top of their profession and are rigorously trained to deliver the best cocktail making experience possible for groups of up to 80. Their job is to be entertaining and engaging with all your guests, while simultaneously offering unparalleled insights on how to make your cocktails taste amazing. You may not get it right the first time around, but they will work attentively with each member of your group to hone their skills.
Our cocktail making classes have been enjoyed by budding mixologists all ages, for a wide variety of occasions. Everything we do is geared towards making it an event to remember for you and your group.
