Devil’s Botany present London’s first award-winning absinthe. Handcrafted in the heart of East London, Devil’s Botany celebrates the hidden virtues of nature, summoning the delectable powers of the highest quality herbs and spices from around the world in honour of London’s old apothecaries – the great masters of flavour and early mixologists.

Floral and herbaceous, Devil’s Botany London Absinthe is copper-pot distilled with premium British wheat spirit and a blend of 14 botanicals including English and Swiss grand wormwood, green anise, fennel seed, devil’s claw root, lemon balm, meadowsweet, peppermint, elderflower and other quality herbs and spices.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Crystal clear. Finishes with a slight blue, iridescent louche-effect as water is added.
Nose: Warming spice of anise and fennel is followed by the herbaceous fragrance of wormwood.
Taste: Smooth and balanced, a refreshing bouquet of botanicals develops with notes of peppermint.
Finish: A complex and refreshing explosion of flavours lingers long after your first sip.
Overall: Tantalisingly tongue-numbing. Absinthe’s historic trinity of grand wormwood, green anise and fennel seed is expertly blended with the finest botanicals to create a refreshing aperitif that’s reminiscent of a British meadow.

Copper-pot distilled using premium British wheat spirit and Absinthe’s holy trinity of grand wormwood, green anise and fennel seed, combined with a variety of native British botanicals including elderflower and meadowsweet, all grown locally to the distillery in East London’s Walthamstow wetlands and Hackney marshes.

Delivery Information

Shop delivery: We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible, please be advised that some items may take up to 5 working days.

Voucher delivery: As soon as we receive a voucher order they’re sent out via first class post. Depending on how busy Royal Mail is, you’ll usually receive your physical vouchers in 2-3 working days. If you’ve made your order on the weekend we will aim to send it out the following Monday. Bank holidays may affect this. If you need it sooner, you can come to TT to collect it or Download a printable version.
