East London Liquor Company’s signature London Dry Gin is distilled using the finest 100% British wheat spirit via both vapour and direct maceration with fresh lemon and grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, juniper berries, cubeb berries and cardamom. The bright, fresh flavours of the citrus and juniper give way to the spiciness of the cubeb berries and cardamom, making this an excellent Gin and Tonic spirit, topped off with a wedge of lime.

Appearance: Clear.
Nose: Bright, fresh citrus backed by juniper.

ABOUT THE DISTILLERY
Originally a glue factory in Bow Wharf, East London Liquor Company found their home in the disused industrial space and repurposed the venue to begin distilling in July 2014, producing and importing a range of spirits, including whisky, gin, vodka, and rum.
