Connoisseur
Springbank is the only Scottish distillery to control every step of the whisky making process, from malting the barley to bottling. Also known for a partial distillation technique, retaining the tails of the first distillation, distilling it again in an intermediate still that uses a wormwood condenser. This goes back into the fients receiver with the heads and tails of the spirit distillation.
