Variorum Gin, a smooth and colourful elixir: Lovingly crafted in the heart of London, their Variorum Gin is a pink berry edition of the original King of Soho London Dry Gin. With a lower ABV of 37.5% and natural strawberry flavours Variorum Gin appeals to a different mood and can be enjoyed over ice or in cocktails and mixed drinks.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pink.
Nose: Fresh strawberry and floral chamomile lead on a wave of soft juniper with citrus.
Taste: The off-sweet palate has fruit bursting at the front before a gentle vanilla spice.
Finish: Strawberries and cream give way to a subtle floral tone with tangy grapefruit.
Overall: Notes of strawberry complement the classic juniper and citrus flavours of the original recipe; a bespoke libation distilled with twelve botanicals using traditional methods.

Paul Raymond was an entertainment and property tycoon who, from the 1950s onwards, played a pivotal role in the cultural and social liberation of British society.
