Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation master distiller, Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillery, and Simon Ford of The 86 Company. With the help of professional bartenders and distillers from around the world, Fords Gin was created to be a versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail. With a mix of nine botanicals, Fords Gin has a traditional base of juniper and coriander seed balanced by citrus, floral and spice led botanicals. Steeped for 15 hours before distillation, the botanicals deliver an aromatic, fresh and floral spirit with elegant notes of jasmine and grapefruit.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear.
Nose: Plenty of juniper with soft spice and citrus peels.
Taste: Floral jasmine notes and zesty grapefruit backed by plenty of juniper.
Finish: Juniper gives way to coriander and notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.
Overall: Bold and immaculately balanced.
