FAIR’s Belize Rum XO is made using the traditional fermentation and distillation process. Their Fairtrade sugar cane is grown using sustainable farming methods. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Lovely bright gold colour.
Nose: Notes of oak, wood and caramel.
Taste: Nice dryness with notes of vanilla caramel, chocolate and coconut.
Finish: Hint of spices for a lasting finish, coats the mouth nicely with a very round feel.
Overall: A young but very complex rum offering a large complexity of flavour and incredible smoothness. Perfect neat or in cocktails

Using the traditional fermentation and distillation process that has been used in the Caribbean for hundreds of years. Our Fairtrade sugar cane is grown using sustainable farming methods on small farm plots. Each stalk is carefully hand harvested to maximize the yield and protect the land. The farmers are part of the Belize Sugar Cane Farmers Association (BSCFA).
Aged in American oak barrels previously used for Bourbon. By not adding any sugar after the ageing FAIR. Rum reveals many aromatics and a deep character.

ABOUT THE DISTILLERY Based in Belize city, Travellers distillery is one of the first to have started producing legally back in the ’50s.
Thanks to the support provided by the Fairtrade foundation farmers benefit from better working condition, better wages and are able to protect their soil.
This natural way of production avoiding the use of fertilisers, pesticides or other chemicals help them to produce one of the finest and most flavourful rums in the market.
Travellers Liquors began providing Belizeans and visitors assortments of distilled products in 1953. The company was founded by Master Blender Omario Perdomo. The company gained its name from the success it achieved in serving travellers along the main route to and from Belize CityHome of the world-famous One Barrel Rum, still their best selling rum to this day.

Shop delivery: We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible, please be advised that some items may take up to 5 working days.
Voucher delivery: As soon as we receive a voucher order they’re sent out via first class post. Depending on how busy Royal Mail is, you’ll usually receive your physical vouchers in 2-3 working days. If you’ve made your order on the weekend we will aim to send it out the following Monday. Bank holidays may affect this. If you need it sooner you can download a printable version.
