Umbrella Brewing Product Launch

TT Liquor hosted the product launch and press event for independent brewery, Umbrella Brewing’s new alcoholic Ginger Beer. Friends and family celebrated alongside members of the press whilst listening to great music and knocking back plenty of Ginger Beer!

The event was an excellent showcase for TT Liquor as a venue for product launches and press events – Umbrella Brewing were able to take over all elements of the building. Music was programmed by Umbrella Radio and included a live performance from Tempesst in one of our lounges, as well as sets from Rennie (The View) and John Robinson (Umbrella Radio).

Meanwhile guests were served bespoke cocktails downstairs in the cellar cocktail bar – including special creations “The Ginger Beard” – which mixed Umbrella Brewing Ginger Beer with a combination of scotch whiskies, apricot and lime – and “The Cure” a gin-based cocktail with genever, kaffir lime, quinine and of course, ginger beer.

The event was sponsored by Dewar’s, who provided the whisky for the evening – which made a great combination with the ginger beer and Thoko (TT Liquor) and Andy (The Umbrella Project) rustled up an ‘80s Spread’ in the kitchen for guests to enjoy alongside their drinks.

Umbrella Brewing put together an installation in the Liquor Store and used our member’s deposit boxes scattered throughout the venue as display cases to present bottles of Umbrella Brewing Ginger Beer alongside the Decca record sleeves that inspired the design of the labels and branding.
