Spiced Daiquiri

By Adam Hinton

For this spin on the classic Daiquiri we’ve employed Cut’s spiced rum in place of the usual white rum to give this drink a more complex, spicy profile. The luscious vanilla and cinnamon notes of the rum enrich this already fantastic drink with an extra depth of flavour and character, transforming it from a simple sour to something with a little more nuance.

This drink is just as easy to make and drink as the original, following the same classic sour ratio of 4 strong to 2 sour to 1 sweet, we simply substitute white rum for spiced to create the spiced daiquiri.
