A voucher to join one of our regular guided gin tastings. Develop your knowledge and appreciation of gin or give as a unique and memorable gift. You’ll be hosted by one of our in-house connoisseurs who will guide you through the broad and illustrious history of the liquid while you indulge yourself in a carefully curated selection of samples across the 2-hour session. Tasting experiences are hosted in our dedicated tasting vaults in the Cellar Bar.
You’ll receive a hand-signed cardstock voucher as well as a digital copy.
Gin tastings are held on the second Saturday of each month at 3pm.

How Long Does My Voucher Last
They last 12 months exactly from the purchase date. If something comes up and you give us a call within that time frame we will try our best to be pretty flexible when it comes to extending them, if you’re nice ;).
How Do I Book/Redeem A Voucher
Click here to redeem your voucher. Start by choosing the area of the building your voucher applies to, for cocktail classes, select ‘Public Masterclasses’, for tastings, select ‘Public Spirit Tastings’ or for film screenings, select ‘TT Cinema’.
Follow the steps and when you are taken to the payment page, select ‘use a voucher.’ Enter your voucher details and hit book and we’ll be in touch to confirm everything.

What Tastings Do You Offer?
We currently host 2 hour guided tasting sessions on Saturdays at 1pm, 3pm and 4pm, rotating through whisk(e)y, gin, rum and agave. Whisk(e)y Tastings are held every Saturday at 1pm and 4pm, Rum Tastings are held every first and fourth Saturday at 3pm, Gin Tastings every second Saturday at 3pm and Agave Tastings every third Saturday at 3pm.
How Long Are The Tastings?
Our Saturday tastings are 2 hours long and our Thursday sessions are 1 hour long.
What’s Included In A Standard Tasting Session?
On all of our 2 hour tasting sessions–whether you go for whisk(e)y, gin, rum or agave–guests will be treated to a reception cocktail followed by a guided tasting of seven different expressions covering various styles and origins while your host explains the history, production process and nuances of your chosen liquor.
