Made by hand, this Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey has been aged inside century old warehouses constructed by E.H. Taylor, Jr. Barrels are evaluated and selected to create a perfect blend of distinctive character that is like no other. This bourbon is a true sipping bourbon that honors the uncompromising legacy of E.H. Taylor, Jr.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Deep caramel.
Nose: Caramel apples, fresh corn and cloves. Butterscotch sneaks in after a while.
Taste: More corn sweetness, mixed with slight spiciness of rye and cinnamon.
Finish: Medium and very rich with creamy vanilla.
Overall: A really great small batch bourbon.

Details are sparse, but theyknow that the Colonel E.H. Taylor whiskies are from Buffalo Trace’s mash bill #1, a low-rye (estimated below 10%) mash shared by Buffalo Trace bourbon, Stagg, and Eagle Rare.
