FULL DESCRIPTION
St-Germain is an artisanal French elderflower liqueur made with hand-harvested fresh elderflowers. Harvested once a year in the early summer, the flowers are instantly transported to be taken for a warm dynamic maceration and blended with Eau de vie de Vin, neutral grain spirit and a moderate amount of sugar. Held in high regard by industry professionals for its ability to enhance spirits and aromatised wines in mixed drinks and cocktails.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Pale gold.
Nose: Bright fruit notes with a hint of chamomile and honeysuckle.
Taste: Rich tropical fruits, ripe pears, citrus fruits.
Finish: Smooth, clean finish with delicate floral notes.
Overall: A beautiful bouquet of tropical fruits, bright and fragrant.

Shop delivery: We will always try our best to dispatch as soon as possible, please be advised that some items may take up to 5 working days.
