How to make ...

St Germain Spritz

By Stephen Thompson

The welcome drink for our cocktail classes is designed to be deliciously light and refreshing, something to quench your thirst on arrival and get you ready for a couple hours of cocktail-making. It’s also designed to be quick and simple for our mixologists to make en masse. For this menu we;ve chosen an elegant summery spritz made with elderflower liqueur, tonic and a splash of lemon.

The St. Germain spritz is a pared back highball made with a shot of St. Germain elderflower liqueur, served over cubed ice, topped with tonic and a squeeze of lemon.
