How to make ...
Alcohol-free TT Fog Cutter
This is an alcohol-free take on a Tiki classic, created by the forefather of Tiki drinks, Victor Bergeron, aka Trader Vic; The Fog Cutter. The original uses a punchy mix of spirits which earn it its nickname, the Long Island Iced Tea of tropical drinks. In place of the four spirits used in the alcoholic version, we use a unique mixture of alcohol-free spirits.
Ingredients

History
Our alcohol-free Fog-Cutter combines, Seedlip Spice, Caleño and Three Spirit to give a distinct range of flavour and complexity. Like the original, this mix of alcohol-free spirits is paired with orange juice, fresh citrus and nutty almond syrup. To give a final flourish of colour and fruity flavour, we finish the drink with a generous drizzle of grenadine giving it a delectable two-tone look.
