Our non-alcoholic Rhubarb Collins is an elegant, thirst-quenching and gorgeously easy fizz. This drink highlights the best flavours the British summertime has to offer, using dry, citrusy Seedlip Grove and sweet, tangy rhubarb syrup beautifully paired with The London Essence’s crisp and herbal rhubarb and cardamom soda.

Method
In a tall glass/high ball using a jigger to measure, add the Seedlip and rhubarb syrup.
Fill glass with cubed ice.
Fill to top with rhubarb and cardamom soda and lightly stir.
Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
