Our Rhubarb Collins is a light, refreshing and beautifully simple fizz. This drink showcases the best of summery British flavours, using floral, London dry gin and sharp, fruity rhubarb syrup effortlessly paired with Umbrella Brewing’s crisp rhubarb cider.

Method
In a tall glass/high ball using a jigger to measure, add the gin and rhubarb syrup.
Fill glass with cubed ice.
Fill to top with Umbrella Rhubarb Cider and lightly stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Serve and enjoy!
