Absinthe Week
The 5th of March marks National Absinthe Day and once again we’re partnering with our friends from London’s first dedicated absinthe distillery, Devil’s Botany to host a week of celebration centred around this historic botanical spirit.
Devil’s Botany are taking over programming of the TT Cinema from the 5th to the 8th of March with a selection of some of their favourite films. We’ve paired the movies with a guest menu of absinthe-based cocktails which we’ll be serving in the Cellar Bar all week, and on Wednesday the 6th, Devil’s Botany’s co-founders, Rhys Everett and Allison Crawbuck are coming down to host a pair of expert-led tastings covering their full range of absinthes and absinthe-based liqueurs.

Devil’s Botany Tasting
On the 6th of March, Allison Crawbuck and Rhys Everett, co-founders of Devil’s Botany, are taking over the back of the TT Cellar Bar to host a pair of guided tastings featuring their range of absinthes and absinthe-based liqueurs. For the price of a drink, guests will be welcomed with a signature absinthe-based cocktail, before sitting down to try an array of expressions from Devil’s Botany’s range, while learning the spirit’s illustrious history from the distillery’s founders.
