History

The classic Mint Julep is one of our favourite bourbon drinks, a simple mixture of American whiskey, mint and sugar churned with crushed ice that encapsulates the flavours of a hot southern summer. For this twist we’ve taken that concept and made it wintry, crafting our julep around the gorgeously warming flavours of apple pie.

This drink has the warmth of bourbon and ginger combined with the classic flavour pairing of apple and cinnamon to make a drink that has all the autumnal goodness of apple pie in a cocktail.
