DISCUS, the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States are bringing The House of U.S. Spirits back to TT this year with two weeks celebrating the wealth of premium and independent spirits distilled in the good old U S of A, from the 24th of August to the 7th of September.

24/08 – 07/09
We’ll be running a guest menu of U.S. Spirit cocktails in our Cellar Bar for the duration of The House of U.S. Spirits. We’ll have an even bigger selection than usual of Bourbons, Ryes, American Whiskeys and other U.S. Spirits available in our Liquor Store, and The House of U.S. Spirits will be taking over our cinema for five nights to show some of their favourite films, each paired with a signature cocktail.
Cinema Takeover
26/08 – 30/08
The House of U.S. Spirits are taking over the TT Cinema at the end of August with five nights of their favourite films each paired with a signature cocktail featuring a U.S. Spirit. Films include Seabiscuit (2003), Wayne’s World (1992), Blade (1998), Space Jam (1996) and The Angel’s Share (2012). Each film will be paired with a signature drink from a different U.S. Distiller including, The Wiseman Bourbon, Wild Turkey Rye, Westland American Single Malt, Angel’s Envy Bourbon and New York Distilling Company Gin.

Cellar Bar Guest Menu
24/08 – 06/09
Down in our subterranean Cellar Bar, we’ll be celebrating with a special two week guest menu featuring five signature cocktails made with some of our favourite U.S. Spirits. The menu includes cocktails made with Bayou Rum, Wild Turkey Rye, Westland American Single Malt, Uncle Nearest Tennessee Whiskey and Remus Bourbon.
This menu will be available for two weeks from Saturday the 24th of August alongside our seasonal cocktail menu. The Cellar Bar is cool and atmospheric with a Soulful soundtrack throughout the week and DJs spinning vinyl every Friday and Saturday. Walk in or book a table via the link below.
House of U.S. Spirits in The Liquor Store
24/08 – 07/09
Our specialist Liquor Store on Kingsland Road serves not only as the hidden entrance to our multifunctional building but also as a comprehensively well-stocked bottle shop offering a huge range of spirits from independent distillers and heritage brands. The Liquor Store is always kept stocked with a large selection of Bourbons, Ryes and American Whiskeys but for the duration of The House of U.S. Spirits’ takeover we’ll have an even bigger range available to buy, with Whiskeys and other spirits from over 20 different U.S. distillers.
The Liquor Store is open Tuesday to Sunday from midday.
