MOBILE COCKTAIL BAR HIRE, LONDON – EMERALDS & IVY

For the 8^th annual Emeralds & Ivy Ball, TT Liquor provided a custom-built mobile cocktail bar hire service and bar hire event staff in support of Cancer Research UK.

Ronan Keating hosted the star-studded event that took place on Saturday 30^th November 2013 at Old Billingsgate in central London.

There were 500 VIP guests – and security was appropriately tight. This however did not delay us in setting up our custom 8-metre ocean themed cocktail bar seamlessly within the space provided. The bespoke cocktail bar was a great focal point, corresponding to the serene theme and ‘ocean’ colour scheme. We also installed 3 additional light boxes, all sporting bespoke vinyl along the exterior. The organisers worked closely with Mixology Events to design the artwork for the vinyl – feel free to call our events organisers to learn more about this aspect of our service.

Due to the quality and infrastructure of the mobile cocktail bar hire, a slick and efficient service was provided throughout the evening; We had 10 cocktail bartenders and 15 waiting staff to deliver our cocktails to each table, whilst Ronan explained the amazing work cancer research UK has achieved so far.

The guests received a 5-course meal to which we provided a taste match cocktail for each serving – these cocktails were designed to highlight the distinct flavours of each portion. Serving celebrities such as Alan Shearer, Sarah Harding, Vanessa Feltz and a plethora more was definitely an experience worth remembering.

The evening continued with great live performances from Matt Goss and Boyzone before a live auction hosted by Johnny Gould. These events occurred as we hosted our all-inclusive open bar, which was present for the rest of the evening.

We worked with Cancer Research UK from start to finish on this project, securing a Martin Miller gin sponsorship due to our close relationship with the brand.

All of our services were donated to this established charity and over £650,000 was raised that evening, including through some generous bids for our cocktail making class vouchers – which were very much appreciated!
