Ben Spalding Touches Down at TT

On Friday 27th April we’ll be welcoming critically acclaimed chef Ben Spalding to our Shoreditch home.
Ben heads up immersive dining experience specialists, Puzzle Projects, who have cooked at a vast number of locations spread across the world.
Under a bridge in Dubai, Coachella festival in LA, employees’ desks at Facebook HQ, on an open-top bus driving around London, at a wedding in Nice, a stall in Broadway Market, a gathering on the Norwegian fjords, a hotel in St Tropez and a birthday dinner for a client’s mum in her kitchen in Cambridge, are just a few of the varied locales Ben and his crew have set up at in recent months.
Prior to setting up Puzzle Projects, Ben honed his craft over fifteen years in the hospitality industry, cutting his teeth at some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants across the planet, such as Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck, Melbourne’s Vue De Monde, and 28+ in Gothenburg – all the while earning accolades for his distinctive style and taste for innovation.
Now they’re on their way to Kingsland Road for the very first time to cook up a 5-course springtime banquet for you all to enjoy. And, playing to our own strengths, we’ll be mixing up some bespoke drinks pairings for you to sip on while you sup.
