Frequently Asked Questions

General

All our experiences are held in our multifaceted flagship venue, TT Liquor on Kingsland Road in Shoreditch, East London. We are within walking distance of Liverpool St. Station, Old Street tube station and Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton overground stations.

Cocktail classes and spirit tastings both run for 2 hours including a short break in the middle. Cinema bookings depend on the runtime of the film but are generally around 2-3 hours.

You can book as far in advance as you like. Our tastings and public cocktail classes are always on the same days of the week or month, and this is unlikely to change.

General Cocktail Class FAQ's

We host the majority of our public masterclasses at TT Liquor, where we have 4 dedicated masterclass lounges that are fully set up when you arrive – freeing you up to make cocktails continuously for 2 hours without waiting for anyone to set anything up for you.

We provide you with your own professional bartender, who will be your dedicated host for the session. After putting together a reception cocktail for you and your guests, they will then guide you through 4 different cocktails, letting all your guests in on the various tricks of the trade to make your drinks taste better than ever. The perfect skills for your guests to take away with them to show off to their friends at their next garden party or barbecue.

You receive a welcome drink, make 4 cocktails each and in teams make a competition cocktail to present to the rest of your classmates, judged by your class leader.

Not generally. Each bar comes fully stocked, so that everyone on that bar can make cocktails throughout their masterclass, with no interruption and no standing around watching. You may have to share a few bits of kit like juicers but not between more than two people and you will have mostly all your own equipment.

Our expert bartenders are rigorously trained to deliver the best cocktail making experience possible for groups of any size. Their job is to be entertaining and engaging with all your guests, while simultaneously offering useful insights on how to make your cocktails taste amazing. They will work attentively with each member of your group to hone their skills and help them to make the best cocktails possible.

Our cocktail classes can be enjoyed by budding mixologists from 18 years of age and above. Everything we do is geared towards making it an event to remember for you and your group.

Yes, of course, we pride ourselves on our inclusivity and flexibility and we put just as much work into crafting our alcohol-free options as our full-strength cocktails. We work with some of the best independent and well-known non-alcoholic spirit brands to create drinks that are delicious and exciting in their own right, meaning nobody is left out.

You’ll make 5 cocktails during the class covering a range of different base-spirits, styles and methods, our class menu is updated regularly and can always be tweaked for dietary requirements, allergies or alcohol-free drinks. For our current line up of drinks just get in touch.

Our public cocktail classes start at 7pm on Wednesday and Friday evenings and at 1pm on Saturday afternoons.

Continue along Shoreditch High Street until you reach the Old Street intersection. Once you reach the Old Street intersection, cross right over at the lights and continue north on Kingsland Road until you reach a railway bridge. We’re on the other side of that, to the left.
