Set over three floors between the vibrant areas of Shoreditch and Hoxton – arguably the creative hub of London – TT at 48 Great Eastern Street is a one-of-a-kind multi-purpose venue boasting brick-walled, wooden-floored interiors with a post-industrial aesthetic that reflects the character of the area.
TT is suited to a huge range of events from meetings to private parties to full venue takeovers. We offer a range of rooms for short-term rental. All our rooms are flexible in terms of layout, furnishings and servicing and are available for a multitude of uses including product launches, social events, meeting rooms, dining experiences, pop-up gallery spaces, photography or filming studios and screenings.
TT is conveniently located between Shoreditch High Street and Old Street station – both within 0.4 miles of the building – it is also just a stone’s throw from Liverpool Street and Moorgate stations.
VENUE OVERVIEW
Located in the heart of Shoreditch on Great Eastern Street, our new venue is a dynamic and adaptable space designed to host a wide range of events, from private screenings and brand activations to cocktail masterclasses and corporate gatherings.
Spread across three floors, the venue features a collection of versatile private hire rooms, each offering a stylish blend of industrial charm and modern amenities. Exposed brick walls, timber flooring, and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere, while high-spec AV equipment and flexible layouts ensure seamless event execution.
On the first, second, and third floors, you’ll find our three multipurpose rooms—each offering meeting tables, a projector, and a whiteboard, making them ideal for workshops, tastings, private dining, and networking events. These spaces have also been designed to accommodate film screenings and premieres, with a Full HD projector and 5.1 surround sound system available for high-quality viewing experiences.

Room 1
Perhaps the most adaptable of our event spaces is Room 1; an intimate yet versatile setting on the first floor of our new venue, offering a blend of industrial charm and modern comfort. With exposed brick walls, timber flooring, and large double-glazed windows at both the front and rear, the space is bathed in natural light throughout the day, creating a welcoming atmosphere for a variety of events.
Covering 47 square metres, Room 1 can accommodate up to 30 seated guests or 60 standing, making it ideal for meetings, workshops, private dining, and networking events. The space is equipped with meeting tables, chairs, a whiteboard, and a projector, providing all the essentials for presentations and collaborative sessions. Comfort cooling and wall-mounted radiators ensure a pleasant environment year-round.
Room 1 is available for both dry hire and fully serviced events, with flexible layout options to suit your needs. Whether you’re hosting a business gathering, creative workshop, or intimate celebration, this versatile space provides a stylish and functional backdrop for any occasion.

The Screening Room
While we no longer have a dedicated cinema space, we’ve brought much of our high-end equipment with us, allowing us to transform any of our event spaces into a fully equipped screening room. Whether you’re hosting a private film screening, a brand showcase, a multimedia presentation, or a panel discussion, our setup ensures a high-quality viewing experience.
With a Full HD projector, 5.1 surround sound, and wireless connectivity, we can create an immersive cinema atmosphere in any of our three rooms, accommodating up to 40 seated guests or 70 standing.
The flexibility of our new venue allows us to tailor the space to your needs, offering a more intimate and adaptable approach to screenings and premieres. Whether you require a seated cinema-style setup or a more relaxed, informal arrangement, we can curate the experience to suit your event.
